The Fine Print

Policies

Quick read — these are the ground rules so every order is smooth, on time, and looks exactly the way you want it.

Artwork — What You Send Is What We Print

  • We print your file exactly as submitted. We do not spell-check, grammar-check, proofread, or redesign any artwork.
  • Please double- and triple-check spelling, dates, names, phone numbers, addresses, logos, and colors before approving.
  • Files should be print-ready: 150–300 DPI, CMYK preferred, with 0.125" bleed on banners/signs and 0.25" safe zone on text.
  • If you need help, our Need Graphics? page connects you to a designer or lets you build in Canva.
  • Reprints caused by typos, missing bleed, low-resolution images, or wrong dates that we received from you are billed at full price.

Refunds & Reprints

  • All custom prints, wraps, and event items are made to order and are non-refundable once production has started.
  • If we make a production mistake — wrong size, wrong material, color way outside proof, damaged in our hands — we'll reprint at no charge on the next available production slot.
  • Claims must be made within 48 hours of pickup, delivery, or install, with photos.
  • Deposits on event packages and custom quotes are non-refundable once we've blocked the date or started design work, but transferable to a future booking within 90 days when possible.
  • Cancellation 7+ days out: any unspent balance is refundable. Less than 7 days: case-by-case.

Delivery, Install & Teardown Windows

  • Every delivery, install, and teardown is booked as a 2-hour arrival window. Someone must be on site for the whole window.
  • If we arrive and the venue or customer isn't ready, wait time and re-trip charges apply.
  • If your install runs longer than the booked window, we'll text you with an updated price before doing extra work.
  • Same-night and next-day teardowns follow the same window rule.

Turnaround & Rush Orders

  • Standard print turnaround: 1–3 business days after artwork approval.
  • Large-format (over 4' tall) seamless prints: 1–2 business days.
  • Rush / same-day with a center seam: available on select materials — checkbox appears in the price calculator when you're eligible.
  • Super High Quality print (+50%): adds 1 extra business day for color calibration.
