How your time window works
⏱️ Every delivery / install gets a 2-hour window
When you pick a time, you're picking a 2-hour arrival window (e.g. 4–6 PM). Our crew shows up inside that window so you don't have to babysit the door. Please make sure someone is on site for the full window.
🚪 Not ready when we arrive?
If we get there inside your window and the venue isn't ready (locked, host not on site, area not cleared) the crew may need to wait, leave and come back, or reschedule — each of those triggers an additional charge billed at our hourly rate.
🧱 Project running longer than the window?
If your install needs more time than the booked window (extra walls, custom rigging, last-minute additions), we'll reach out from on site with an updated price before doing the extra work. No surprise charges.
🌙 Same-night & next-day teardowns
Same rules apply to pickups: you choose a 2-hour window, the venue needs to be accessible, and overruns are quoted before we touch them. Late-night teardowns (after 10 PM) carry a small after-hours premium.
Travel beyond 25 miles outside the perimeter is billed at $1.25/mi round-trip. A 50% deposit holds your window.
